An old friend who resides in Singapore reached out to me and asked for my help to develop a WordPress website for him. He has been putting content on his personal website for years, so one of the challenges, besides displaying the information, was managing it effectively. Over the next four weeks after our initial agreement, we had back-and-forth meetings, not only for the website design but also for an overhaul of the information architecture. All meetings took place remotely via Zoom, and communication for work-in-progress updates was done through WhatsApp Messenger.
